At the bottom of the screen, select the "All Upcoming Events" button under "Upcoming Events" list (all tickets will not be displayed unless you press this button).
Choose the type of ticket based on the number of participants (1, 2, or 3 people).
On the displayed screen, select the green "Register" button.
Select your desired time slot and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
Choose the ticket type according to the number of family members or employees from your organization participating at the same time.
One email address is required for each type of registration. You cannot register multiple tickets of the same type (e.g., for one perticipant) using the same email address. For groups of 4 or more, please register by combining tickets for 1 or 2 people, or use a different email address.
On the day of the event, please come to the venue at the time slot you selected during registration.
After registering, a ticket email will be sent to your email address.
On the event day, please present the ticket email either on your smartphone or as a printed copy at the venue.
Each time slot has a maximum number of participants. Once full, ticket availability for that time will close. The "Participants" and "Capacity" numbers displayed on the screen refer to ticket availability, and may differ from the actual capacity.
If you modify your reserved time after registration via "Ticket Email → Registration Details → Edit," please select "Resend Ticket" on the details screen and present the latest ticket email at the venue.
There is no need to register via the “+ Join community” button at the top of the screen.
